Preparing for Class

This is to be done prior to formal instruction.
Stretching should be done first.
Static stretch (stretch and hold) all major body parts for 30 seconds.
Stretch smaller body parts after larger ones.
Be careful not to overextend.
Make sure you understand the days activities and stretch the associated body parts.
Once completed, relax and mentally prepare. Visualize success.
